Returns Policy

If, for whatever reason, you would like to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of purchase. Once we have received it,we check that ii is in the same condition as it was sent from Tropikon and we proceed to refund the payment.

Tropikon does not accept returns if the item has been opened and we do not accept returns on second hand items.

The customer must pay the shipping costs in case when returning items.

The item must be sent by registered post or messenger so that Tropikon can track the package.

The product must be sent in the appropriate packaging to avoid damage during shipment.

Do not forget to get I touch with us before returning an item. We will need the tracking number.

In the event you receive a damaged item, please indicate on the delivery note that the package is damaged. If the item has been damaged and you would like us to change it please send us all the relevant information so we can check the damage.

We will need photographs showing the damage. When it has been checked that it has been damaged during shipment, we will send you a new item.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or that it is faulty, please contact us by email with all the details so that we can change the item or send you a refund. In this casa Tropikon will assume the shipping costs. If the item is no longer available we would offer a full refund or a voucher for future Tropikon purchases.
